Our Code of Conduct

At Compassionate Behaviour and Training we both work within certain parameters of our roles and accrediting bodies. This means all complex behaviour cases must be seen by Marie as a Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CAB) initially before being referred down to Abi as an accredited Animal Training Instructor.

Clinical Animal Behaviourist

As an Associate CAB Marie is working towards her full accreditation and follows the APBCs code of conduct.

She works under Vet referral to ensure a holistic treatment plan can be provided, this also means most pet insurance companies will cover costs.

Animal Training Instructor

As a ABTC registered PACT (Professional Association of Canine Trainers) Animal Training Instructor Abi works within the ABTCs role standard and PACT's code of conduct.

Animal Training Instructors focus on coaching pet parents through training their dogs new behaviours and simple unwanted behaviours. They can also coach guardians through behaviour modification by following a treatment formulated by a CAB.
